The brief intro of the author
So here I am, the person behind this website, my name is Orlando, but you can sure as well call me Owlando. For most of my life, I have enjoyed writing, both as fiction and just to jot down some thoughts now and then. It is close to ten years since I first purchased this web domain, and yet there is so little content here. That is because I am terrible at sticking with my plans, but hopefully, I will be able to change that now, with a somewhat new take on it all.
As the website slogan mentions with its slogan, I like to take photos, travel and write stuff. I am educated in graphic design, digital storytelling and photography, so I guess it is all related to what I like to do. Besides that, I like to go to the gym, I like to go for a run, and hang out with friends. Quite standard things to be honest, although I never have considered myself as “standard”.
I enjoy spontaneous adventures here and there and live my life on a day-by-day basis, not a planner at heart. For some, it seems stressful not having anything sorted, but I guess I like it like this, maybe it will change in the future, but for now, it is all as it should be.
Currently, I am learning Italian, and one day I hope to be fluent in it, there is a long way to go, but I am motivated to get there. You will see different Italian words and phrases spread around on this website, consider yourself warned.
Comunque (anyways), I guess this is good enough for an introduction, gotta keep it brief. And by time, if you choose to follow me on this journey, you will get to know me better. Also, just to promote it, please have a look at my social media channels for more content from me, that’s all.
